However you want to get active, Sport Eastbourne have a variety of activities to get involved with, from access to sport facilities, gym and Group Exercise classes.

If it's your first time to the class don't worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it's your first time and they will help you get started.

Ride Rhythm at Hampden Park Sports Centre

Monday's 6.15pm to 7.00pm

Ride Rhythm is a group cycle sessions focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, Using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel to help you achieve maximum goals from the session. You don't need to be a spin enthusiast, this class is beginners and intermediate friendly. 

Suitable for those aged 16 years plus.
